Pennsylvania PECO Smart Multifamily Solutions Program

The PECO Smart Multifamily Solutions Program offers audits and incentives for energy efficiency upgrades for common areas and units of multifamily buildings with four or more units. Regardless of metering configuration, income-eligible properties may receive free direct installation of low-cost energy efficient measures. Properties also receive free energy assessments of common areas including a detailed report of potential energy savings and investment paybacks.
