How energy efficiency helps ensure these Harlem residents stay comfortable in any season

Watch how New York residents in a multi-family Harlem apartment building worked together to ensure their building was energy efficient, healthy, and comfortable to live in. By participating in the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation’s Weatherization Assistance Program, this building’s co-op was able to arrange the necessary energy efficiency upgrades that old buildings need to improve functionality and lower energy costs. These upgrades included new boilers, insulation, LED lights, and high-tech windows for all residents.
